Welcome to Vidsembly. By accessing or using Vidsembly you agree to the terms below.

1. Overview

Vidsembly provides AI powered video tools that allow users to upload files, generate audio or video assets, edit content with natural language, and export final media files.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Vidsembly.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

  • Upload unlawful, offensive, confidential, or infringing content

  • Upload any files you do not have permission to use

  • Misuse, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service

  • Violate any applicable laws or third party rights

4. User Content

You keep full ownership of the files, videos, audio, and other content you upload to Vidsembly.
You are responsible for ensuring that any uploaded content does not violate confidentiality obligations. Avoid uploading sensitive or confidential files unless you have full rights and permission.

By using Vidsembly you grant us a limited license to process your files strictly for the purpose of providing the service.

Uploaded files remain in your project storage until you delete them.

5. AI Generated Music and Media

Vidsembly may generate music, audio, or other media using AI models.

All music generated through the Video Music Score tool is copyright cleared and royalty free for use in your videos, including commercial and monetized content.
You may not redistribute or sell the generated music as a standalone audio track or upload it to music streaming platforms as original audio.

You are responsible for ensuring that your published content complies with copyright and platform policies.

6. Payments and Credits

Some features require credits or an active subscription.

  • Credits included with your monthly subscription refill up to the plan’s monthly maximum.

  • If you hold more credits than your plan’s monthly amount, no refill will occur for that billing cycle.

  • Credit purchases and subscription payments are final. Refunds are issued only in cases of billing error.

Pricing may change with notice.

7. AI Use and Output Review

Vidsembly uses artificial intelligence for processing and generating content. AI generated outputs may contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing final results before publishing or distributing them.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or misuse of the platform.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an as is basis without warranties of any kind. Vidsembly is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from using the service.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Vidsembly after changes means you accept the updated terms.
