- Affiliate program information, such as referral and recruitment link activity, attributed signups and purchases, commission balances, payout requests, and payout details (for example, PayPal information you provide)
- Referral attribution data when you visit Vidsembly through an affiliate link, including referral parameters, cookie identifiers, IP address, browser type, and pages viewed

- Process your files and generate requested content
- Manage accounts, subscriptions, credits, and billing

3. Uploaded Files and Project Data
Files you upload are processed to provide the requested tool actions. Uploaded files and project data remain in your account until you delete them or request account deletion, unless we are required to retain certain records for legal, security, or billing purposes.
If you use voice cloning, voice samples you provide and the resulting voice clone are stored with your account so you can reuse that voice in supported tools. You can delete clones and related samples from your account when the product allows, subject to the retention practices above.
Vidsembly does not use your uploaded files to train general-purpose AI models.
4. AI Processing
Some Vidsembly features rely on third-party or Vidsembly-operated AI systems to create or transform content. Your inputs may be transmitted to these systems only to perform the requested action.
You should avoid uploading confidential, sensitive, or regulated information unless you have full permission to do so and understand the risks of cloud-based processing.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We work with external providers to operate Vidsembly, including services for hosting, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, newsletter management, analytics, affiliate tracking and payouts, and media processing. These providers process information on our behalf according to their own privacy and security practices.
For example, if you subscribe to our newsletter on vidsembly.com, your email address may be processed through our email marketing provider. If you participate in our affiliate program or arrive through an affiliate link, referral tracking and commission data may be processed through our affiliate platform provider (currently Affonso).
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure site performance, attribute affiliate referrals, and protect against abuse. Affiliate referral links may set cookies (currently with a 30-day duration) so we can credit the referring affiliate when you sign up or purchase within the attribution window. Vidsembly is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

Vidsembly is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
12. Affiliate and Referral Program
If you participate in the Vidsembly affiliate program or interact with our sites through an affiliate referral link, we and our affiliate platform provider may collect and process information needed to track referrals, calculate commissions, process payouts, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
Attribution is based on our tracking systems and program rules, including last-touch attribution within the active cookie window. Our records govern commission eligibility unless we determine an error occurred.
We may retain affiliate-related records — including referral logs, commission history, payout records, and fraud investigations — for as long as needed to administer the program, resolve disputes, meet tax and accounting obligations, and enforce our terms.
Affiliates are responsible for their own marketing practices and for any privacy notices they provide to their audiences. If you are an affiliate, do not share personal information about your referrals with us except as required for support or compliance, and do not collect information about Vidsembly users beyond what our program tools provide.
