Introducing Vidsembly Video Hosting: Share, Embed, and Track Your Training Videos

Host training and product videos in Vidsembly: upload or publish from creation tools, share watch links, embed anywhere, and track performance without a separate video platform.

Vidsembly now includes video hosting: a Videos library where you can store MP4s, share a watch link, embed a player on your site, and see how people engage. It lives in the same account as Presentation to Video, Content to Video, and the rest of the platform, so you can create a narrated training video and publish it without exporting to YouTube or a separate hosting vendor.

What Vidsembly Video Hosting is

Video Hosting is the Videos workspace in the Vidsembly app. Each hosted file gets a watch page on watch.vidsembly.com, optional embed code, and analytics. You can upload any MP4, or send a finished export from a Vidsembly creation tool with Add to Videos on the export step.

This is aimed at teams that already make training, onboarding, and product explainers in Vidsembly and need a simple way to deliver them in an LMS, help center, or internal portal.

Who it is for

  • L&D and HR — host policy and onboarding videos after you narrate a deck or PDF

  • Product and customer education — share release walkthroughs with a stable link or embed

  • Creators and educators — publish module videos without managing a separate video stack

  • Agencies — deliver client-ready MP4s with a branded watch experience

How hosting fits your Vidsembly workflow

1. Upload or publish

Upload an MP4 to Videos, or finish in Presentation to Video, Content to Video, or AI Soundtrack and choose Add to Videos on the export.

2. Host and share

Copy a watch link, grab the embed snippet, and set sharing options such as whether viewers can download the file. Links are permanent: you can replace the video file later without breaking the URL or embed.

3. Update and understand

Swap in a new cut when the script changes, then use view counts on Free or full analytics on Pro and Elite to see watch time, traffic sources, and trends.

Share links, embeds, and the watch player

Every hosted video has a public watch page and an iframe embed. Paste the embed on a marketing site, Notion page, Confluence space, or course platform that accepts HTML embeds. The player can show a Hosted by Vidsembly label, and you can upload a custom thumbnail for the library and watch page.

Videos are link-based, not listed in a public directory. You choose whether a video is available to anyone with the link or kept private until you share it.

Analytics and storage

Free includes 250 MB of Videos library storage and view counts in the library. Pro includes 50 GB and the full analytics dashboard. Elite includes 250 GB. Pro and Elite can add monthly storage in +25 GB through +2 TB tiers from Plans and Billing.

Create in Vidsembly, then host

  • Presentation to Video — narrate an existing PowerPoint or PDF, then publish to Videos

  • Content to Video — build slides and narration from a document, then host the export

  • PDF to Video — same workflow when your source is PDF-first

  • AI Soundtrack — add music to a clip and host the mixed video (music-only exports stay downloads)

Simple hosting vs enterprise video platforms

Enterprise video suites add DRM, interactive branching, and large admin consoles. Vidsembly Video Hosting is intentionally lighter: upload or publish, share, embed, and track for the narrated MP4s you already produce. If you need slide-first AI narration, compare Vidsembly vs other tools or start from best PowerPoint to video tools.
